She regularly exceeds $15M in annual sales while managing her brokerage at Kim Solomon Realty LLC, backed by Compass. Since their launch in 2012, Compass now ranks #1 as the country's largest independent real estate brokerage by transaction volume. Kim is known amongst her friends as the "Unofficial Mayor of Chapel Hill" as she seems to know everyone in town! Kim supports investor relations for Shining Rock Equity as well as her General Partner responsibilities.
Kim is a UNC-Chapel Hill graduate and resides in Chapel Hill, NC. When not working, she is a regular at the gym, enjoys hiking, paddle boarding, book club, poker group, traveling, and socializing with friends and family. She is a proud member of the 100 Women Who Give a Hoot local chapter.
